Dr. Anna Eckardt is Managing Partner of MyLearningBoutique, a Swiss-based international consultancy. She is also CEO and co-founder of SOLARIS. Anna works all around the world with senior leaders in the private, public and non-governmental sectors.

Anna is also an academic researcher of managerial attention & focus, with a particular interest in the quality of individual and organisational decision-making.  She has first-hand experience with work environments causing stress, exhaustion, burn-out or depression and their impact on leadership effectiveness. 

With SOLARIS, her new venture, Anna is supporting leaders to face the pressures of this “modern” way of working - in hyper-acceleration and ambiguity - by offering them innovative research-based ways to recalibrate and remain resilient.
