Steve Hasty is a Co-Owner of Swimming World, where his deep and intimate connection to the sport of swimming plays a significant role in the company’s vision.

He is also the President and Owner of Hasty Awards, a national company specializing in awards for Olympic sports such as swimming, gymnastics, wrestling, and track, for over 30 years.

His leadership at Hasty Awards and involvement in the sports community reflect his passion for recognizing and platforming excellence in the sport of swimming and the broader world of Olympic Sports, while being able to foster growth for the businesses he remains passionate about.

Beyond Hasty Awards, he is a majority owner of Smarter Paw, an award-winning company focusing on innovative pet products, and an avid developer in northeast Kansas.
Steve's commitment to community and sports extends to serving on multiple boards, including the Ottawa University Board of Trustees and the International Swimming Hall of Fame.
