As an autistic person who once memorized the flag of every country in the world by sight and has navigated both the corporate ranks and entrepreneurship as a non-linear thinker, he recognizes the power of neuroinclusion in the workplace and the importance of equipping organizations with the tools to overcome obstacles and barriers to achieving inclusive excellence. His journey is a testament to the unifying force of neurodiversity, positively impacting both human and financial capital and ultimately creating a stronger bottom line for business.
